This training focuses on our School Cheer athletes. The competitiveness of yearly tryouts and physical demands of performing acrobatic tumbling skills on a variety of surfaces has driven the physical demands of cheerleading to new levels so our training modalities have responded accordingly.

30 Minutes: Tumbling instruction using surfaces* which your athlete will be competing and performing on.

30 Minutes: Functional fitness and strength & conditioning specifically designed to improve performance and decrease likelihood of injury.

*Specific training surfaces include basketball court, turf field, and 2 inch flexi-roll tumbling mats.
