Ninja Warrior

Our Ninja Warrior programs were created to teach boys and girls who may have been inspired by "American Ninja Warrior" to experience a structured and safe training program. Ninja Warrior will teach them to run, jump, leap, vault, catch, grab, hanging, swing and to flip in a safe enviroment.

Mission

We hope to see every Ninja that comes through our doors to leave here confident, strong and capable of handling themselves in the real world. 

Our Focus for the Ninja Warrior program is:

  • Balance Control

  • Upper and Lower Body Strength Building

  • Warp Wall Running

  • ​Basic Vaulting Technique

  • Shoulder Rolls

  • Flexibility

  • Body Awareness
